1. Our commitment to accessibility
NAGIC MUSIC is committed to making its website as accessible and usable as possible for as many people as possible, regardless of individual abilities, limitations, or the technology used to access the website.
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility, usability, clarity, and technical quality of our website.
At the current time, however, the website is not yet fully accessible in every respect.
We therefore do not claim that the website currently provides complete or barrier-free access to all content and functions.
Instead, we openly acknowledge that accessibility improvements are an ongoing process.
2. Scope of this statement
This accessibility statement applies to the NAGIC MUSIC website:
https://nagicmusic.lovable.app
The website provides information about NAGIC MUSIC and may contain links to external websites and platforms, including music streaming services, online stores, social media platforms, and other third-party services.
This accessibility statement applies only to the NAGIC MUSIC website itself.
We have no control over the accessibility, design, technical implementation, or content of external websites and platforms.
Accessibility on external platforms is therefore the responsibility of the respective provider.
3. Current accessibility status
The NAGIC MUSIC website is currently partially accessible.
Some parts of the website may not yet fully comply with all applicable accessibility requirements or established accessibility standards.
In particular, depending on the device, browser, assistive technology, or version of the website being used, certain elements may still present accessibility barriers.
Possible limitations may include, for example:
- incomplete or inconsistent alternative text for individual images;
- visual elements whose meaning may not yet be fully conveyed to users of assistive technologies;
- individual interactive elements that may not yet provide optimal keyboard accessibility;
- insufficient or inconsistent semantic labeling of certain interface elements;
- heading structures that may not yet be completely consistent;
- individual areas where color contrast may not yet meet the recommended level;
- certain dynamic or interactive elements that may not yet be optimally announced by screen readers;
- differences in usability between different browsers, devices, or assistive technologies;
- third-party content or external services whose accessibility cannot be controlled by us.
This list is not necessarily exhaustive.
The technical structure and content of the website may change over time. Consequently, individual accessibility barriers may be removed, modified, or replaced by other technical issues as the website is developed further.
4. Accessibility is an ongoing process
We are actively working on improving the accessibility of the website.
Accessibility is not considered a one-time task. We intend to review and improve the website progressively as part of its ongoing development.
This includes, where technically and economically reasonable:
- improving the semantic structure of the website;
- improving keyboard navigation;
- improving compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies;
- reviewing alternative text for images;
- improving heading structures and page navigation;
- reviewing color contrast and visual presentation;
- improving the labeling and usability of interactive elements;
- improving focus visibility;
- improving forms and other user input mechanisms;
- identifying and correcting technical accessibility barriers;
- and improving the overall usability of the website.
Because the website is continuously developed, accessibility improvements may be implemented progressively rather than all at once.
5. Use of artificial intelligence in the creation of the website
The NAGIC MUSIC website was created with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) using the Lovable development platform.
The use of AI in the development process does not mean that the website is automatically accessible or that accessibility requirements are automatically fulfilled.
AI-assisted development can support the creation, optimization, and maintenance of website components, but the resulting website still requires human review, testing, correction, and ongoing development.
We therefore do not rely solely on automated or AI-based processes to determine whether the website is accessible.
Where accessibility issues are identified, we aim to address them as part of our ongoing website development.
6. AI-generated cover artwork
The cover artwork and other visual materials associated with NAGIC MUSIC may be created or supported using artificial intelligence.
This information is provided for transparency.
The use of AI-generated or AI-assisted artwork does not alter our commitment to making the website itself as accessible as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate and technically feasible, meaningful images should be provided with suitable alternative descriptions so that their relevant information is also available to users who cannot perceive the image visually.
Decorative images should, where technically appropriate, be treated as decorative so that they do not create unnecessary barriers for screen-reader users.
Because the website and its visual content are continuously developed, alternative text and image descriptions may not yet be complete for every image.
7. Third-party content and external platforms
NAGIC MUSIC may provide links to external services, including but not limited to:
- music streaming services;
- digital music platforms;
- online stores;
- social media platforms;
- video platforms;
- and other third-party websites.
When you follow an external link, you leave the NAGIC MUSIC website.
The accessibility of these external services is outside our direct control.
We cannot guarantee that third-party websites or applications comply with the same accessibility standards or provide the same accessibility features as we seek to provide on our own website.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on an external platform, we recommend contacting the respective provider directly.
8. Compatibility with assistive technologies
We aim to make the website compatible with commonly used browsers, devices, and assistive technologies.
However, due to the large number of possible combinations of:
- operating systems;
- browsers;
- screen readers;
- browser extensions;
- mobile devices;
- accessibility settings;
- and other assistive technologies,
we cannot guarantee identical functionality or accessibility across every possible configuration.
Changes to third-party browsers, operating systems, assistive technologies, or embedded services may also affect accessibility independently of changes made by NAGIC MUSIC.
9. Technical standards
Our accessibility work is guided by generally recognized accessibility principles and, where applicable, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
We use WCAG as an important technical reference for improving the website's accessibility.
However, unless expressly stated otherwise, this accessibility statement does not constitute a declaration that every page, component, or function of the website currently meets every applicable WCAG success criterion.
The current website is still undergoing accessibility improvements.
10. Feedback and reporting accessibility barriers
If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using the NAGIC MUSIC website, we would appreciate hearing from you.
You can contact us at:
E-mail: nadimagic@icloud.com
When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful if you can provide:
- the page or URL where the problem occurred;
- a brief description of the problem;
- the device and browser you were using, if known;
- the assistive technology involved, if applicable;
- and, where possible, a description of what you were trying to do when the problem occurred.
You do not need to provide personal information that is not necessary to investigate the issue.
We will review reported accessibility barriers and, where technically and reasonably possible, incorporate appropriate improvements into the ongoing development of the website.
Report a barrier
Use this form to tell us about an accessibility problem you encountered. The report will be prepared as an email you can send.
11. Alternative access
If a particular piece of information or function on our website is not sufficiently accessible to you, please contact us at:
We will consider whether we can provide the relevant information or assistance through an alternative means.
The availability of an alternative format or method may depend on the nature of the requested content and the technical circumstances involved.
12. No guarantee of uninterrupted accessibility
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain an accessible website, accessibility can be affected by technical changes, updates, third-party services, browser changes, software updates, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the website will be continuously free from all accessibility barriers at all times.
This does not affect our commitment to identifying and addressing accessibility issues as part of the ongoing development of the website.
13. Continuous improvement
We regard accessibility as a continuing responsibility rather than a completed project.
The website may therefore be reviewed, modified, redesigned, or technically updated from time to time.
As part of this process, we may:
- identify additional accessibility barriers;
- correct known issues;
- improve existing components;
- replace inaccessible components;
- improve alternative descriptions;
- improve keyboard and screen-reader support;
- and make further technical and structural improvements.
The accessibility status of individual pages may therefore change over time.

We intend to update this statement when significant changes are made to the website or when our accessibility status changes materially.
